The room I stayed in had a cozy kitchenette with a stovetop, perfect for making a quick meal. The flat-screen TV and safety deposit box were convenient additions, and the free WiFi worked like a charm. The private bathroom with a bidet and rainfall showerhead made me feel pampered. the room had all the modern comforts and a homey vibe that I absolutely loved.
While the room was great, I personally didn't find the electronic bidet in the toilet to be my cup of tea. But hey, that's just my personal preference, and I know others might appreciate it.

The hotel's decoration was simply exquisite! The beautiful design and calming ambiance made me feel like I was in a peaceful oasis. The general areas were very well-maintained, and the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was such a relief to have everything within close reach, making it convenient for me to explore Kyoto without any worries.
I would have loved it if the hotel had offered more assistance to us senior folks. Just a little extra help and attention from the staff would have made our vacation even better.

The hotel location was very convenient, close to the railway station and within walking distance to many attractions. the stylish decoration of the rooms and the small snacks offered in the morning were a nice touch.
The air conditioning in the rooms was very noisy and made it impossible to sleep. the breakfast included was very minimal and not satisfying at all, with limited options and cold coffee.

The hotel really exceeded our expectations! The staff were kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We loved the spacious and clean rooms, with comfy beds that provided us with a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, close to popular shopping areas and we could easily access different places around the city. We appreciated the small snacks offered in the lounge area that we could indulge in while we planned our day.
Although our overall experience was very positive, there were a few minor things that could have been improved. The Wi-Fi in the room was not very strong and would sometimes disconnect, which made it difficult to get some work done.

This hotel is a game-changer, giving big-name chains a run for their money. From the jaw-dropping shower to the super-friendly staff, everything was mind-blowing. The central location, free wine and sake, and LGBTQA-friendly environment made it an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and stylish design of this hotel. The staff was super friendly and Nicola was especially helpful. Hotel facilities such as the morning yoga and the all day open bar with light breakfast were great. The hotel was in a nice area, close to restaurants, shops, and transportation, yet it was quiet as it was in an alley a bit far from the main streets.
Couldn't stay longer.
